Meet Helena of Brooklyn Blonde. This is turning into a regular event for me, I initially discovered and sketched her on Pinterest over Christmas, which you can check out here – then I found her on Instagram, and now think of painting her quite often as I see her photos on my feed. I think the only other fashion blogger I’ve painted several times now is Blair Eadie.
Hope the week is treating everyone well, and sorry for taking eight days to blog! I had a wonderful weekend out at my uncle’s cabin on the lake, but came home to hit every aspect of life at full speed. Still catching my breath, but I think I’ve developed a new habit which I hope sticks – sketching blog posts on my lunch hour at work to paint at home in the evening – time permitting.
