Hi!  My utmost apologies for falling off the radar last Friday, it has been so crazy busy for me lately!  I actually spent the bulk of last week getting all the images organized for the store which is SO close to being ready finally, but with all the hours spent on the computer getting images prepared, I actually had no time to paint at all!  And this weekend my brother in law moved into town, which we took as the perfect time to separate our respective studies…so I now have my own room in the house for my studio!  I am very excited (although pretty pooped at the moment) and I am looking forward to the increased space to spread out and start working on some bigger projects.  I’ve had these enormous sheets of paper (like 3 x 4 feet) tucked into my closet for so long, and now I can finally spread them out and get to work on something large.

Wow this feels just like catching up with an old friend that I’ve been missing or something 🙂

This beautiful morena was painted to bid a fond farewell to the summer.  She’s in a pretty little backless off white dress but making sure to bring it into fall by rocking the colour blocked pumps that I’ve seen hitting the stores and streets – can’t wait to get my own!
