Happy Monday all! And for me that would be happy last Monday of work for the year! Woot! hah. I only have 1.7 million things to accomplish this week…anyone else? The beauty of it all is that I have a half day Friday, a husband who will lovingly fetch me from work that day, and wait for it…an open weekend. That never happens. My shopping is almost done and the wrapping soon to follow.
I hope everyone had a nice weekend. After reading about what happened in the States on Friday, I was grateful for the time spent with family this weekend. Especially my husband. Hold tight to those you love, huh? You never know what today brings.
This illustration was done last night on the fly to be honest. I want to loosen up my hand and so I thought I’d pull out my old prisma’s and give them a try. It also felt to me like there was a lot to be thankful for – and that life is short, so dance it up, you know?
